There are several Yoga streams with central focus on Kundalini Yoga. These include Siddha Yoga, VaSi Yoga, Hamsa Yoga, Srividya Yoga, Shiva Yoga, Yogini Kaula Yoga, etc. to name a few. Each of these Yoga streams have its own stages with associated practices to awaken the kundalini energy and guide the energy across the various chakras.
Kundalini Yoga learning and practice is to be strictly done in a systematic way under proper guidance. While Kundalini Yoga has immense benefits in improving physical and emotional health, it can also cause health issues when practices are not done properly and to aspirant capacity.
Kundalini Yoga also has techniques like Pariyanga Yoga for Sexual Mastery and Kaya Kalpa Yoga to Slowdown Aging. However, these are advanced techniques which requires a minimal level of skill in Siddha Yoga for understanding and learning.
Kundalini Yoga practices include Chakra Cleansing, Chakra Activation, and Chakra Energizing for manifesting various skills. Meditation is done at various levels of depth, with staged progress using appropriate focus techniques in the yoga system. The end goal like every yoga system is Moksha, where Samadhi is achieved naturally with maturity in practice.
